How to preserve homemade sausages?
Nowadays, many people choose to make their own sausages at home. Since they have started making them themselves, they will definitely make a lot of sausages at once. After all the sausages are prepared, there will be storage issues involved. So how to preserve homemade sausages?
1. Room temperature preservation method
The sausages that everyone has prepared are often frozen out in many households and have no place to store them. Therefore, they can only be stored at room temperature. When we store sausages at room temperature, we can keep them in a well ventilated, dry, and dark place for only 5 months because as the temperature gradually increases, the sausages will become drier, and the surface oil and salt will also emerge from inside, and the color will gradually turn yellow.
2. Cryopreservation method
Put the sausages that have been sun dried in plastic bags and store them in the refrigerator for a maximum of 6 months. As time goes on, the moisture content of frozen sausages gradually decreases and the nitrite content increases. By 6 months, you can clearly smell the hala flavor. If there is a hala flavor, it indicates that the ingredients have spoiled. Therefore, sausages can be frozen for 6 months. If this time period is exceeded, it is best to throw them away as soon as possible.
3. Baijiu preservation method
Break the dried sausages into small pieces, put them into a jar, sprinkle an appropriate amount of 45 ° Baijiu, 5 jin sausages correspond to 50-80g Baijiu, and then seal the jar with a bag. The sausages made in this way can also be stored for 6 months.
In August, when the weather is hottest, it can't be eaten. It will also be very harmful to our health because of the lack of water and the increase of nitrite. Therefore, the sausage can be stored in Baijiu for 6 months. If it exceeds this period, it is better to throw it away as soon as possible.
